Jen brings nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry, beginning her career at Parke-Davis/Pfizer in the late 1990s before spending 18 years with leading CROs. Now part of the Blue Parachute team, she has extensive experience across Phases 1–3 of clinical development, from start-up through close-out, in both clinician and clinical operations roles. Her background spans multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, CNS, oncology, rare diseases, as well as experience with gene therapy trials.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two children to favorite destinations like Hawaii, Italy, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She also loves cooking and baking for her large Italian family and cheering on the University of Michigan football team.
